Kitsu Nori is a local handroll bar built around a simple idea: when ingredients are treated with care, they don’t need much else.
We make handrolls to order using pristine fish, warm rice, crisp nori, and thoughtful balance. Each roll is handed to you as it’s made—meant to be eaten immediately, just as intended.
Our space is casual and welcoming. Our menu is focused. We’re here often, we know our neighbors, and we plan to be part of this block for a long time.

Our restaurant has a sleek, minimalist design with warm lighting. The space feels relaxed but stylish, making it a great place to enjoy a casual meal or or a private tuna breakdown. Whether it’s a quiet dinner or a unforgettable celebration, Kitsu Nori makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
artful touch
The interior is intimate with just 30 seats, including 14 at the counter and 16 in the dining room. Our design draws from natural wood, dark tones, and deep indigo blues. The design draws from kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Each natural edged wood table is sealed with gold epoxy, and the team is exploring ways to upcycle broken plates from other restaurants using the same golden repair process.

Whats to come
Kitsu Nori opens with dinner service only, Tuesday through Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m., with lunch launching in February. Reservations are available now through OpenTable.
